NDIS

NDIS support you can trust.

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funded support to Australians with permanent and significant disability. We work with you and your plan to deliver quality, personalised supports.

Using your plan

We help you make the most of your Core and Capacity Building budgets with clear, transparent service agreements.

Person-centred delivery

Every support is designed around your goals — you choose your workers, your schedule and your priorities.

Safeguards & quality

We operate in line with the NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct, with robust incident reporting.

Eligibility

Who can access the NDIS?

The NDIS is designed for Australians living with a permanent and significant disability. You may be eligible if you meet the following criteria:

  • Aged under 65 when you first apply
  • An Australian citizen, permanent resident, or Protected Special Category Visa holder
  • Live with a permanent and significant disability that affects daily activities
  • Need support now to reduce future needs, or use assistive technology or equipment
  • Not sure? We're happy to talk it through, or you can check via the official NDIS eligibility checklist.

How it works

Getting started with our support — step by step

We keep things simple, clear and stress-free. Here's what to expect from your first call to ongoing support.

  1. 1. Get in touch

Call or send an enquiry. We'll have a friendly, no-pressure chat about your goals and current NDIS plan.

  2. 2. Meet & match

We meet you (in person, phone or video) to understand your needs and match you with the right support workers.

  3. 3. Service agreement

We put together a clear, plain-language service agreement outlining supports, hours, and your rights.

  4. 4. Start your supports

Your chosen supports begin on a schedule that suits you — with regular check-ins to make sure it's working.

  5. 5. Review & adjust

As your goals change, we review together and adjust supports so your plan keeps working for you.
